1. Processing Time:

The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. Everything you see here are handmade and specially design for you.

2. Questions about your order?

You can place an order through our online shop    or email directly about any pattern. Please contact me if you have any problems with your order.   

Please note all orders placed will be pending credit card verification and inventory availability.

3. Shipping Information:

Shipping method: 

  •  Standard $7.95usd small package

(arrives in 5-7 bsiness day)

  • Two days  $17.95 usd small package

(arrives in 2 business day)

Prices may varies on the amount of purchased.

We will inform you before.

4. International Shipping:

We currently do ship to addresses to United States and Puerto Rico.

We use USPS Service.

5. Operating hours: 

WE ship on weekday, Monday through Friday.

6. Customs and import taxes:

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.  I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

7.   Returns and exchanges:

I gladly accept returns,exchanges and cancellations.  

  • Request a cancellation within: 24 hours of purchase.

  • The following items can't be returned or exchanged: the customs orders.

  • Just contact me within: 7 days of delivery.

  • Ship items back to me within: 14 days of delivery.

8. Conditions of Return:

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any lossing value.
